• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 — after KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to one hour.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

5Betting Rules

• Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, ko77 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the bet may not be accepted — ko77 bears no responsibility for this.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.
• Any involvement in match fixing or other unethical activities will result in permanent account closure.

6Account Suspension & Closure

Ko77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial transactions.
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
• Registering as a minor or allowing a minor to use your account.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member after the investigation is complete. However, if fraud is established, the entire balance may be forfeited.
